Over Everything
There’s a fine line between “buzzing with energy” and “vibrating out of my own skin.”
I have crossed it.
Twice.
Before lunch.
This is what happens when you try to fix overstimulation with caffeine:
- The noise is still too loud.
- The lights are still too bright.
- My brain is now just faster at processing how much I want to go hide in a blanket fort.
Sometimes the only thing keeping me upright is pure determination…
and the fact that I’ve already had three cups, so lying down feels like a bad idea.
It’s not balance.
It’s a truce.
And I’m calling it a win.
